New verison of forum software

Yet another new version of phpBB. This time an actual upgrade from version 2 to version 3. It's faster and more secure and I hope to theme it to the new (yes, new) site soon!

So please excuse the theme. It's temporary.

Forum off-line for several hours in June

Dear all, I have been asked to update the forum to the latest version by my service provider (for better security and spam control). Unfortunately the update is in actual fact an upgrade so the whole forum has to be replaced with a new version.

The great news is that all the data and users will be available in a new and improved environment, the bad news is that I am not a php expert. All this means is that there is a slight chance something could go wrong and that I will have to restore a backup.

This means that between the 1st and the 6th of June the forum will be off-line for several hours. Please be patient and let me know (e-mail to webmaster@(site name here) if you experience any problems.

Good luck and I hope you don`t encounter too many problems, I just wish I had the know how on to help you out!
